Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people opportunity to be global citizens, to change the world, and to get experience and skills that matter today.
Development of leadership competencies of participants in the organization and implementation of social projects are the main focuses of AIESEC in Russia in last several years.
ABOUT
AIESEC International Congress 2012 • The biggest international youth event, bringing together 1,000 young leaders from 110 countries and business and government representatives. • Organized by and for young people with the support of Congress partners and AIESEC alumni. Congress brings together three platforms: for the leaders of AIESEC, leaders of social and business projects, AIESEC alumni. • All external events will be organized with participation of Moscow citizens, project partners and government officials supporting the Congress. • History of the International Congress goes back to 63 years, over past six years it took place in Poland, Turkey, Brazil, Malaysia, India and Kenya.

Registration 1st April – 30th May – registration (http://ic2012.ru/voice/registration) 02nd June – tentative lists of delegates 02nd – 15th June – payment of fee Fee – 100 euro (participation in conference and all external events, food – lunches and dinners, and transportation during the conference) Organizing committee is ready to provide all the necessary documents to manage the delegates' financial support: 1) Individual letters requesting financial support for higher education institutions on behalf of AIESEC in Russia President; 2) Required supporting documents for travel registration and any letters requested for financial support; 3) Assist in recovering the financial cost from regional and city administration.

MAIN events Symposium “World 2020” Dates: 17 August 2012 Platform for dialogue between the Russian and international business and youth representatives. World issues and trends will be discussed in a variety of formats (workshops, training from companies). Format: 20 parallel working groups of 35 people each on eight major topics. TopIcs: technologies and innovations, sustainability, economy, youth, environment. Venue: MSU (Moscow State University)
Global Youth To Business Forum Dates: 20 August 2012 Forum aims to build a constructive dialogue between young people and business to discuss problems of their interaction and the search for new approaches to cooperation in the format of workshops, master classes, panel discussions and group discussions. Topics: entrepreneurship, innovation, corporate social responsibility. It is important to note that the forum is supported by the Moscow School of Management "SKOLKOVO."
International Culture Festival
During the day will be formed International Exhibition site with the demonstration tables from the representatives of 110 countries and 50 regions of Russia. Venue: one of the biggest park in Moscow – “Sokol’niki” Participants: • 25 000 citizens and guests of Moscow • 1000 young people from 110 countries
