La Maison 1888 Our mission is to create for each guest a dining experience that will go down in history. This truly special signature restaurant aims to make a mark in the Asian culinary scene with three Michelinstarred chef Michel Roux creating classic French haute cuisine in a setting rich with intrigue. French-born, Michel Roux is one of the most influential chefs in Europe. His second restaurant The Waterside Inn recently became the first restaurant outside of France to retain three Michelin stars. The design of the restaurant recreates an antique French mansion with each dining area its own intimate niche reflecting a period room, for example, the Traveller’s Room and Le Boudoir de Madame.
