Supporting Catalan Creativity Worldwide

For the tenth year running, the Government of Catalonia, through the Catalan Institute for Cultural Companies (ICEC), is supporting the presence at Tanzmesse of a large Catalan delegation, with 18 representatives attending the fair, most of them as coexhibitors at the Catalan Arts - Government of Catalonia Stand. This booklet contains information on the companies, agents, key marketplaces, festivals and venues attending Tanzmesse 2024. If you want more information on a particular institution or artist, please don’t hesitate to contact them directly. You can also get in touch with us at the Agora stand (41) or by contacting any of our offices – located in Barcelona,

Berlin, Brussels, London and Paris – for further assistance. We hope you will have a chance to meet them all and have interesting conversations. Under the label of Catalan Arts, we strengthen the presence of Catalan companies and creative works at international fairs and key professional events like Tanzmesse, in our aim to connect, mentor and support creative companies on their international journey. Please visit our website to find out more about us: www.catalanarts.cat

LUDIC | GROTESQUE | VIOLENT | LIBERATING

Show: NO/MAS/SACRE

NO/MAS/SACRE is a piece that avoids small talk with Stravinksy and directly jumps into the thick of it all. The performance unfolds within the seemingly classical triangle of piano, pianist, and dancer, only to subvert expectations through a dazzling ritual of the ludic, the grotesque and the transgressive.

Fragility as a starting point, the piano provides backing for the movement to travel to its abandonment.
