/ Order Information

Opening Order Minimum: $1,000

Product Minimum: 10 units of coolers or drinkware. They must be the same size and style but colors can be assorted

Lead time: Estimated at 4 weeks but varies depending on order details. Rush fees are an option if you have a quick turnaround time. We cannot provide a guarantee until the order details are confirmed with our decoration partner.

Sample: Four pre-production digital proofs are included in the decoration cost. Physical samples available by request.

Shipping: Orders will ship in bulk to one location via ground or freight depending on order size. Freight orders will be delivered to the 1st floor only. Drop shipping is available by request. Additional fees will be applied.

International orders will incur additional shipping and handling fees. ICEMULE is not responsible for tax and duty.

Packaging: All coolers will be individually packaged flat in a poly bag.

Payment: Orders can be prepaid by ACH or credit card. We require 50% payment of the order value at the time of shipment to our decoration partner.

Imprint: Cost is available by request

Coolers:Digital UV Imprint, 1 color or full color

Drinkware: Full Color print or Etched

*ICEMULE BOSS and 35L Traveler are not available for customization

/ Shipping

Shipping is estimated at 10-12% of order value. All orders will ship Ground or Freight depending on order size. Shipping is provided to one location. Freight orders will be delivered to 1st floor only. Drop shipping is available at an additional $5.00 per location.

Rush Fee Options: Please email us for requests it’s a portable refrigerator! rolling it up makes storing so easy!

Orders can be expedited with associated costs, please contact us for these options as they vary by units and delivery details.

Cancellation Policy: Any booked order that is canceled prior to customization will be charged a 15% restock fee. Orders that have entered production are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
