Our Story

The idea formed on a hot spring day when ICEMULE founder, James Collie was taking a day-long hike with friends in Virginia.

Knowing they wouldn’t be able to stop for cold drinks along the banks of James River, and unable to find a good waterproof portable cooler, James created a make-shift cooler out of a day pack and double lined it with plastic trash bags. Inside, he filled it with cold drinks and sandwiches.

This seemed like a good idea until the trash bags broke and ice water flooded down his back. A wet hiker, warm drinks and soggy food started the wheels of innovation turning. Once home, he set out to design the cooler he couldn’t find in stores. He has one goal in mind — to create the world’s most portable high-performance cooler.

Several months, dozens of prototypes and many days of field testing later, the world’s first completely waterproof, wearable cooler was born.

Closing your cooler

Proper closure of your ICEMULE cooler ensures maximum performance including ice retention and waterproofing.

Fold it, don’t roll it

FOLD over the top 2-3 times. An easy trick to ensure proper closure is to always fold toward the ICEMULE logo.

Buckle it shut

Pull the two clips toward the back side of the cooler (away from the ICEMULE logo). The clips should lock on the back side of the cooler to create the perfect seal.

Add air if you want

For added insulation and optimal cooler shape, add air by blowing into the air valve. Then be sure to close it!

Choose ICEMULE as your go-to gift for events, employee appreciation, and special milestones. From hiking trails to beach parties, tailgatingto picnics, ICEMULE Coolers are the must-have accessory and ultimate gift for every occasion!

Opening Order Minimum: $1,000

Product Minimum: 10 units of coolers or drinkware. They must be the same size and style but colors can be assorted

Lead time: Estimated at 4 weeks but varies depending on order details. Rush fees are an option if you have a quick turnaround time. We cannot provide a guarantee until the order details are confirmed with our decoration partner.

Sample: Four pre-production digital proofs are included in the decoration cost. Physical samples available by request.

Shipping: Orders will ship in bulk to one location via ground or freight depending on order size. Freight orders will be delivered to the 1st floor only. Drop shipping is available by request. Additional fees will be applied.

International orders will incur additional shipping and handling fees. ICEMULE is not responsible for tax and duty.

Packaging: All coolers will be individually packaged flat in a poly bag.

Payment: Orders can be prepaid by ACH or credit card. We require 50% payment of the order value at the time of shipment to our decoration partner.

Shipping is estimated at 10-12% of order value. All orders will ship Ground or Freight depending on order size. Shipping is provided to one location. Freight orders will be delivered to 1st floor only.

Drop shipping is available at an additional $5.00 per location.
