Chewton Glen’s rooms and suites leave everyone with a special memory. Our country house hotel on the edge of the New Forest and the south coast, gives your delegates space to reflect and relax after your corporate occasion. Spacious accommodation varies to include rooms and suites with their own separate dressing areas, desks, private access, or even a Treehouse.

THE LAKE SUITE

With its own private entrance and wonderful terrace overlooking the gardens and parkland, the Lake Suite is the largest of the luxurious private rooms at Chewton Glen and can accommodate meetings of up to 150 delegates.

The Lake Suite is located on the ground floor with air-conditioning, fully equipped with state-of-the art audio visual conferencing facilities. It includes an elegant pre-function lounge or breakout space, and organiser’s office.

The Wardroom is a thoroughly modern boardroom which combines efficiency and ease of use with elegance and unparalleled luxury.

Located on the second floor, The Wardroom is air-conditioned and can accommodate boardroom meetings of up to 20 delegates. The Wardroom can also be used as a screening room and can accommodate up to 30 guests theatre style.

Chewton Glen has a number of private dining rooms available to guests visiting the hotel, from the flexibility of The Dining Room, to the elegant formality of the Lake Suite and the intimacy of The Wine Room, parties of up to 140 guests can be easily accommodated.

With the many outside terraces, Kitchen Garden and our delightful Water Garden, you and your guests can also enjoy a variety of locations for alfresco dining. We can tailor a wide array of experiences from wine tasting to bespoke private menus curated by our Executive Chef, source live entertainment and arrange live cookery demonstrations for your party.

It’s a more unusual choice with an on-show wine cellar in one corner. It’s perfect for larger occasions for up to 90 guests.

The beautiful Lake Suite has its own private entrance and glorious terrace overlooking the parkland.

Full length French doors open out onto stunning grounds and the suite is flooded with natural daylight. It also has a separate lounge area. It’s a wonderful room which can be split into two sections accommodating up to 140 guests

THE ORCHARD

If you prefer your event in the midst of nature The Orchard Tent is the perfect choice. Set in the enchanting grounds, this venue offers a beautiful setting accommodating up to 50 guests.

Nestled in a wooded valley with panoramic forest views, Chewton Glen’s Treehouse Suites provide a sense of calm, seclusion and privacy creating an ideal environment for high-level meetings and retreats away from workplace distractions and pressures. Perfect for “blue-sky thinking”

All 14 of Chewton Glen’s fabulous Treehouse Suites will be ‘exclusively yours’ including the spectacular ‘Yews’ Treehouse for your meeting for breakfast, lunch and break-outs. The remaining 12 suites will provide luxurious accommodation featuring with hot tubs, kitchenettes and contemporary design. You will never want to leave.

The design is open plan; bi-folding doors and glass panelling flood the rooms with light. Surrounding the building are raised beds and the greenhouse where herbs and vegetables are grown year-round to supply The Kitchen by James Martin.

Cook Up A Storm

Indulge in a delightful welcome with refreshing beverages before embarking on a gastronomic journey under the expert guidance of our Chef Tutor. Our half day and full day courses offer a blend of hands-on cooking and insightful demonstrations to maximize your learning experience. After your cooking session, sit down to savour the dishes you’ve prepared before concluding your day.

Select any of our 3.5-hour half day or 6-hour full day cookery classes. We’re flexible and can adjust the start and finish times to accommodate your specific needs and preferences.

Cook & Go

If time is of the essence, or if you already have dinner plans, why not get creative with our Cook & Go classes. From crafting sweet treats to learning how to bake the perfect loaf, these 3-hour sessions are designed for creating delicious delights that you can conveniently take away with you.

Kindly note these classes do not include lunch.

Lunch & Supper Clubs

In this concise 2-hour class, the focus is on mastering a single dish. Whether you learn how to cook the perfect Pad Thai, or indulge in the Mediterranean flavours of a fabulous Paella, you’ll acquire essential skills. Afterwards, tuck into your creation around the Chefs Table, paired with a glass of wine. For lunch we recommend a 12.30-2.30pm class, for dinner we recommend a 6.30-8.30pm class.

As a memento of your time with us, take home your creations, recipes and a Kitchen Apron from all classes. The perfect way to remember your day with us! We’re flexible and can adjust the start and finish times of all sessions to accommodate your specific needs and preferences.
