• 2 oz gin • 5 oz tonic water • lime wedge for garnish

• 1 1/2 oz tequila • 1/2 oz triple sec • dash of lemon or lime juice • 3 oz sour mix • lime wedge for garnish • salt or sugar to rim the glass

1. Pour the ingredients in a highball glass with ice cubes. 2. Stir well. 3. Garnish with the lime wedge.

1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. 2. Shake well. 3. If desired, salt the rim of a chilled margarita glass. 4. Pour contents, with ice, into the glass. 5. Garnish with the lime wedge.

Gin & Tonic

Margarita Mai Tai • 1 oz light rum • 1/2 oz lime juice • 1/2 oz orange curacao • 1/2 oz orgeat syrup • 1 oz dark rum • maraschino cherry for garnish 1. Pour all the ingredients except the dark rum into a shaker with ice cubes. 2. Shake well. 3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass half filled with ice. 4. top with the dark rum. 5. Garnish with the cherry.


• 1 sugar cube • 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters • 2 orange slices • 3 oz bourbon • Maraschino cherry for garnish 1. Place the sugar cube at the bottom of an old-fashioned glass. 2. saturate the cube with the bitters. 3. add one orange slice. 4. Muddle these ingredients. 5. Fill the glass with ice cubes. 6. Add the bourbon. 7. Stir well. 8. Garnish with a second orange slice and a maraschino cherry.

Old-Fashioned Bloody-Mary • 3 oz tomato juice • 1 1/2 oz vodka • 1/2 oz lemon juice • 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce • Celery salt • Ground pepper • Hot pepper sauce to taste • Celery stalk spear for garnish • lemon and/or lime wedge for garnish 1. Mix liquid ingredients in a highball glass over ice cubes. 2. add the seasonings to taste. 3. garnish with the lemon and/or lime wedge and celery stalk.
