Request for Research Participants
Given the centrality of the maternal role in clinical theory, I am interested in exploring what has been the actual lived experience of women who are clinicians and later became mothers? What has each role brought to the other?
Seeking licensed individuals (LCSW, MFT, PhD, PsyD, MD) with 5 years clinical experience for a study on the reciprocal effects being both a clinician and a mother. The study is aimed at understanding how these two roles have affected one another and will consist of a brief screening phone call and a 60-90 minute face-to-face interview. All measures will be taken to insure confidentiality.
