A PLACE THAT CULTIVATES MORAL VALUES
The idea of the space is to create a self-sustained center collaborating with Cityfarm, that strives to cultivate better food consumption habits. Gathering programs that produced the most food waste which are eatery, supermarket, farm and kitchen in this facility, the goal is to create a space that foster an ethical and encouraging environment with userfriendly system that inspire a proactive change to become a more responsible and sustainable Hong Kong citizen.

SUN PATH
The daylight is adequate on the rooftop because there are no buildings blocking.
Cityfarm is an organisation that provides rental boxes for citizens to cultivate their own farm produce on the rooftop of Golden Bear Industrial Center. The idea is to take over the 25th floor of this building and renovate Cityfarm for this project.

Concept
DINING
The concept, perfectly imperfect, is inspired by the japanese philosophy, wabi sabi. accepting the cycle of growth and decay. The concept embraces imperfection in life, which counteracts the notion of consumerism.
COOKING STORING
It informs about the materiality of the space, natural and authentic materials that lasts through time. Also, on the circulation as a cycle that comes together to create an environment that appreciates the beauty of nature.

Gymnasium + spa Fitness has gradually evolved into a modern and fashion branded way of life. People visit fitness centers to expect more than just getting fit, but to meet new people, be inspired, and get caught up with the newest trend of life style. Being surrounded by the ocean, and natural view around the space, the design ideas have evolved as a cohesive fluid language that resonates with the logic of water and sky. The atmosphere and design elements will echo with the surrounding nature and view.

Isambul THE JOURNEY OF REVELATION The concept of revelation fuses with the interiors to create an experiential user journey that unfolds gradually through space and time. With every flavor a mystery, each dish a piece of art, and each meal an experience, the goal is to create a journey that allows customers to leave with an appreciation for quality food and food art.

OVERCOMING CYNICISM
To design a future office with an open and transparent environment that foster trust, ownership and altruisim between the workers and superiors to encourage an engaging working experience. The objective can be achieved by having the bird nest as the symbolism of security and ownership with the use of curve walls, as if the users are embraced by the working environment. The community space is centralized which bonds the staff together and minimise the hierarchy within the office with a double height locker space that connects the two floors. Also, authentic materials are selected such as solid oak wood and natural fibres, and a color palette that is inspired the three key factors.

Site Anaylsis: Both ends of the concourse level are almost identical, which confuses the MTR users in terms of where the exits are.
Art in MTR INSIDE-OUT "Exposing the insides for everyone to experience" The concept inside-out embodies the identity of Sham Shui Po based on the streetscape of the markets, open food stalls in the neighborhood, and the straightforward character of the locals and their work ethic. This installation will resonate with the locals, creating a sense of belonging and celebrating the community of Sham Shui Po.
