One of architect Paul McClean’s recently completed projects in Beverly Hills, the residence known as Tower Grove was a collaboration with interior designer Lynda Murray. This fourteen-thousand-square-foot home includes several of McClean’s signature designs, namely the elimination of the barrier between indoors and outdoors. Taking what was originally a single-story traditional home, McClean and Murray completely transformed the upper level, inserted a new lower level beneath, and provided space for large outdoor entertaining areas, including a private pool with a transparent bridge over the grand stairway that connects the home’s upper and lower levels.
