People are fleeing densely populated areas for a better quality of life

With the winter season upon us, Americans are entering the second year of dealing with a coronavirus that continues to cause significant disruption and uncertainty. Vaccines and COVID-19 cures notwithstanding, one thing clear about 2021 is that the U.S. residential real estate industry is poised for another brisk year of business with Americans continuing to flee densely populated urban locations for healthier, safer, larger, and more peaceful properties to call home.
