The coaches program provides our Ready and Set Stage ventures with a network of individuals who have experience with entrepreneurship. Coaches are volunteers with 1-2 years of work experience and are passionate about helping our startups succeed. Coaches work in two stages, Ready and Set.

This year we worked with 18 Ready Stage coaches who focus on value proposition development and help to refine solution design. These coaches also evaluate our ventures and determine which ventures are ready to move forward to Pitch.

Set stage coaching focuses on business model development and go-to-market strategy. Departing from our traditional approach of 1:1 pairing, Set Stage ventures can now work with any coach to encourage ventures to develop their ideas with the input of multiple perspectives. This year we worked with 23 Set Stage coaches with experience in a wide range of industries such as consulting, finance, tech, science, healthcare, and business modeling.
