SNOWBLOWERS by TEAMCO, INC. www.teamcoinc.com

Power Through The Snow! Teamco snowblowers achieve high efficiency with great durability and less plugging due to the single stage design using 2 fans and a large 12” x 12” discharge throat for each fan. Many foreign objects maybe buried under the snow such as rocks, tires, cement blocks and chains. We do not recommend blowing these objects, however, since they are hidden under the snow they are subject to being struck by the snowblower. The Snowblast is designed to take such abuse without doing a large amount of damage to the snowblower. The Snowblast “A” series, depending on model, uses 6, 8 or 9 fan paddles in place of 4 on each fan for greater efficiency and smoother operation.

There Is No Better Built Snowblower on the Market! Backed by a 2 Year Limited Warranty! The fan takes both cylindrical and thrust pressures from the snow as it progresses through the snow. Thrust pressures are transmitted through the fan and shaft

into a 4 bolt piloted flange bearing and then into an oil bath housing designed to absorb cylindrical and thrust pressure into the 3 pt. hitch of the snowblower. On most typical snowblower shaft and bearing designs a 2 bolt pillow block has to accept all the thrust and torque, thus resulting in the 2 bolts and the base of the block to accept all forces. Teamco “A” series snowblowers incorporates a 4 bolt piloted flange bearing. In this manner, as you can see in this illustration, the bearing is held into place by 4 bolts for thrust pressures and accurate holes accept the piloted portion of the bearing so that all cylindrical pressures are directly supported by the steel housing and oil reservoir that is mounted directly onto the bottom arms of the snowblower, thus resulting in all the

thrust and cylindrical pressures being transmitted to the ideal point of the snowblower, which is the hitch where the stresses are transmitted to the tractor.

Engineering Is The Difference Engineering quality is what the Teamco Snowblast “A” series snowblowers is all about. Teamco’s superior engineering and design means less trouble and breakdowns for you. Take a close look at the above illustration. Here we are illustrating how a shaft, out of alignment, can cause excessive loss of life on expensive component parts. Teamco aligns bearings and shafts so they are parallel. By having the shafts in accurate alignment all chains and sprockets run in alignment; 1. Creating equal side pressure on side links of roller chain and rollers, 2. Preventing excessive wear on sprockets and 3. Incorporating oil on the roller chain and sprockets further enhances the life of chain and sprockets. The big difference is that on most snowblowers, chains are open to snow conditions which are very abrasive on roller chains, so by enclosing

the chain in a concealed reservoir and bathing the roller chain, it will multiply the life of the chain considerably. Review these points before you purchase

a snowblower and see if any other snowblower compares with the quality and workmanship of the Teamco Snowblast “A” series.
