Principle 3. WILDLIFE PROTECTION Is there any habitats for wildlife living on the farm, or that pass through the farm during migration? Is there any measure of farm to protect threatened or endangered species?

Principle 5. FAIR TREATMENT AND GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS FOR WORKERS Is there any wage payment discrimination between male and female workers in the farm? Is there any different type of work, working time between male and female workers? Does the farm have a documented agreement with any hired worker on the set wage and potentially other benefits? Does the agreed wage match at least the minimum wage for the respective industry sector? Does the wage structure not differentiate between men and women? Does the wage structure consider qualification and experience? Are overtime rates – according to the Indonesia legislation - paid for working hours worked in excess of 8 hours/day and/or 48 hours per week? Do workers working overtime – e.g. in peak season – stay within the overtime limits and get the rest periods as required by criterion

Is there any housing/shelter/camps for workers in the farm? Does workers living on site have habitable housing/shelter/camps including sanitary facilities, showers, and washing and cooking areas? Principle 7. COMMUNITY RELATION Does farm has a legitimate right to land use and tenure? Fornonforestarea: In case they don’t have it, do they have a land declaration issued by the village head [Surat Keterangan Tanah] or a buying certificate of the land bought (Surat Jual Beli Tanah).
