Oil and gas exploration and production wellhead site consisting of crude oil tanks, truck loadout, vapor recovery tower, fugitive emissions and a combustor. This project is subject to public notice because: permitted emissions exceed public notice threshold values in Regulation No. 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.a (25 tpy in a non-attainment area and/or 50 tpy in an attainment area), the source is requesting a federally enforceable limit on the potential to emit in order to avoid other requirements. AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AMENDED BUDGET AND PROVIDING FOR THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF MONEY FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS, DEPARTMENTS, OFFICES AND AGENCIES OF THE CITY OF GREENWOOD VILLAGE, COLORADO, FOR THE 2014 FISCAL YEAR WHEREAS, on November 4, 2013, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 18, Series of 2013, which adopted a budget for the 2014 fiscal year; and WHEREAS, on November 4, 2013, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 19, Series of 2013, which appropriated
