ORDERING BASICS

Turnaround time is approximately 1-3 business days from order submission. Please contact us regarding specific delivery dates.
ORDERING ONLINE
We now offer our complete catalog of products via our online wholesale store. Designed to make re-ordering a breeze, this platform accepts coupons, show specials, and gives you real-time information about out of stock products and new product release dates. Email us at wholesale@idlewildco.com for instructions on creating your account.
PAYMENT
New retailers may pay by any major credit card or Paypal via our electronic invoicing system for their initial order. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Discover & Visa. We offer NET30 Payment Agreements to existing accounts in good standing. We bill NET30 accounts at time of shipment. Ask us about our Net60 and NET90 options for orders $1000+!
PRICE BREAKS & VOLUME DISCOUNTS
We offer price breaks on quantities over 250 items per style. In addition, we offer 10% discounts on orders $2000+. Please inquire for more information at wholesale@idlewildco.com.
SHIPPING
Domestic Orders ship FEDEX GROUND Rates calculated by order sub-total: $1-$249: $14.95 | $250-$449: $17.95 | $450+: FREE International Orders ship USPS Priority
All orders are billed at time of shipment. Retailers may submit their own UPS or FED-EX account numbers for shipping needs by request. Any third-party shipping accounts (UPS, FED-EX, or other) will incur a $5 packing and handling fee. All orders ship from our studio in Vero Beach, Florida. Duties, Taxes and Fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Expedited shipping is available by request and additional cost. Retailers will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.
BACK ORDERS
Occasionally we will oversell on our stocked products. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible. Unless directed otherwise, we will ship your immediately available order and ship the back ordered product free-of-charge as we are restocked.
RETURNS + DAMAGED PRODUCT
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless items have been damaged in transit or are defective. Please notify us of damaged items within 5 business days of receiving the product. We will forward you a prepaid calltag to return the merchandise and we will issue replacement merchandise at no charge.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled prior to shipment incur no fees.For all orders cancelled after dispatch/shipping, we charge a $25 restocking fee in addition to our original shipping costs. Retailers are required to notify us of cancellation requests within 5 business days of order receipt and return the un-opened carton.
