Limited ridge width, decision is made to do ridge split procedure

BLP locks in the Bucco-lingual position and the top of the implant

No need for rotation adjustment, so a 0 degree ( green) rotation block is used

Bone cut is made with SonoSurgery blade in sonic Kavo handpiece

Bone cut is enlarged with Sonic diamond insert to allow positioning of expander 1.25 mm thick

Primary bone cut and two releasing bone cuts. Note minimal retraction of flap with the intention to maintaining buccal blood supply to bone section
