Since our humble beginning as Paul W. Essig Plumbing in 1938, we have evolved into a third-generation, award-winning, family-operated company. While many things have changed, including our name today as Essig Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, one thing remains the same: our commitment to support our wider community with superior technicians, service and quality. President Steve Essig not only believes in this core value, but operates under it. He asserts, “In the home service industry, everyone believes that you must put your customer first. I realized that you can’t put your customer first until you put the employees first. If we put the employees first, they will put the customer first.” By providing employees with ongoing training, support and positive encouragement, they are better able to serve customers by providing superior service, honest communication and fair pricing.

Our mission is to support the communities in which we live and work. We encourage our team to give back. We also support community partners like Hope Rescue Mission, Salvation Army and others with both monetary donations and volunteer support.
