Janice Pigga, originally from Central Pennsylvania, moved to the Lehigh Valley in 2005. After receiving her master’s in education, Janice worked at Lafayette College creating student programs ranging from intramural sports to big concerts and comedy events. She also took students off campus to enjoy all the activities the Lehigh Valley has to offer.

In 2016, Janice decided to take the negotiating skills she developed when booking artists for events and apply them to real estate. Using her connections, she has since helped hundreds of families.
