TRUCK

“I knew that ice cream would be in my future somehow,” shares owner Thea Tantaros, who says she had so much fun operating a family-owned ice cream shop in the late ’80s. “It was the summer of 2021 when my husband, Keith, and I started the work to build the perfect ice cream truck.” In March 2022, Fifi was ready for business as an all-novelty, pre-packaged ice cream truck filled with 40–50 types of novelties, including the Bomb Pop, Sponge Bob, Drumstick and more. Fifi is perfect for private events like company picnics, parties and weddings. On the weekends, find Fifi locally at Grange Park and Wild Cherry Park as well as at scheduled nights of “Tunes in the Triangle” held on select summer Fridays in Emmaus. Fifi has dairy- and gluten-free offerings and even carries Frosty Paws for your fourlegged friends!

Making Moves Cake And Corolla

Husband-and-wife owners Ryan and Christina Mason say that Cake and Corolla outgrew its original space in Easton just two years into being in business. “We desperately needed a bigger kitchen,” they share. “Most of our customers don’t realize that [the previous kitchen was] only 400 square feet of space.” The new space offers a kitchen that is double in size. The bakery will have a new look with product displays made slightly more sophisticated, but their beloved offerings will not differ—they’re still serving up signature cinnamon rolls, cake slices, pocket cakes and cheesecakes, brownies, coffee, tea, lattes and more. Flowers will remain available for grab-and-go purchases, with custom bouquets made by Farm Girl Florals. Ryan and Christina would like to bring back doughnuts on weekends (something they offered pre-pandemic), and hope to expand their pastry team to offer more availability for custom orders.

A Second Location Abode Home Decor

After participating in Easton’s Winter Village, owner Krista Lichtenberger says she was inspired to expand her reach. “We had a wonderful time, met a lot of great Easton business owners and we were well received by the Easton residents,” says Lichtenberger. “I grew up in Easton and currently live in Nazareth. I am proud to offer our amazing items to both cities that mean so much to me!” The décor style in Easton will be the same as in Nazareth, but different items will be sold at the stores. The monthly DIY home decorating classes currently offered in Nazareth will also expand to the Easton location. “We are looking forward to having more space to teach our customers how to decorate their spaces and create something beautiful. We have plans for other workshops as well.”
