Idun Perma
Idun Perma has a wide range of applications. It can be used for all types of baked goods, and for products with high % of whole flour. Idun Perma was initially developed for yeast doughs going on freeze before baking. Today we also use it as a volume sensor in non-cool/freeze doughs. The improver is also suitable for pastry products.

Idun Procedura
Idun Procedura is developed for doughs with long processing time and is very good for doughs with a high water content. The improver ensures that during the long ripening time, the dough develops in a correct direction, even when you have might not always have the same temperature and processing time. Idun Procedura ensures an ubeatable rising during baking and will give you a characteristic and open crumb structure and solid crust.

Idun Fersk Hvetebakst Allround is an allround baking improver for sweet doughs. It provides a unique softness, enhances freshness, boosts volume and gives a short bite. The improver is suitable for direct baking and over cool/freeze. For the best result for freezed products use in combination with Idun Perma, Starbake Polar or Kjøl&Frys.

Idun Toast Improver (12075)
Idun toast improver is developed for doughs to be baked in trays, and is specially suitable for sliced bread. The improver enhances freshness and makes the bread easy to slice. Not suitable in recipes with coconut fat or dairy products.
