THE STORY SO FAR: The Stone God, freed from his erstwhile prison at the Edge of the World, rode into the Forest of the Dead, and encountered a band of Náir, revenants escaped from Hel, who were led by a Draugr, itself a reanimated corpse. After brief but fruitful negotiations regarding passage through the Forest, the Stone God reached a small village of humans guarded by a Troll. The Troll took exception to the Stone God’s presence and promptly insisted on opening a forceful discussion about the matter..
