OODOO HAS PUT A SPELL ON YOU! One of the weirdest, coolest, cheesiest, most bizarre, goriest Pre-Code comic books is being reprinted in its entirety. Voodoo, originally published by Robert Farrell (below), features beyond good taste, sexy Good Girl Art, and old-skool horror art by the master Matt Baker and his associates from the infamous group the Iger Shop! There are 200-plus pages filled with lurid pulp fiction stories like “Zombie Bride,” “The Weird Dead,” and “The Crawling Horror.” This large format, full-color book of terrors includes a fear-filled and fascinating Introduction by Mike “The Worst of Eerie Publications” Howlett!

WHO DO THAT VOODOO?

ITH THE BOMBASTIC DOMINANCE of superheroes over the last halfcentury, it’s hard to believe that, in the early 1950s, horror was one of the most popular comic book genres. Dozens of horror titles were released every week, bulging the comic racks with repulsive reading: a veritable smorgasbord of sanguinary scares.
