A project manager conducts all activities related to the service hired by the client He participates in coordination meetings, information gathering, team management, development of inputs, updating of project documents, schedules, reports, etc

What skills are essential during project management?

I believe that among the essential characteristics of a project manager are effective communication, leadership, organization, attention to detail, creativity and willingness

What kind of projects have you been part of?

I have participated in projects for the public and private sectors, in educational matters, for young people, adults, professionals, employees of different companies and industries, and also for the public served by the company

How is technology present in educational projects?

It is present at all times and increasing as time goes by It is used to reach the target audience, captivate their interest, promote different initiatives, promote learning challenges, among others.

Being in constant evolution, technology challenges us in the implementation of updates, modernization of educational inputs, platforms and information in general.

What role do social networks play in the visibility of an educational project?

Depending on the target audience, social networks can be a great ally in the promotion of educational projects. Generations that have grown up with technology and social networks participate actively, being a valid communication space to promote and reach a large number of people. However, there are many people who still do not actively participate in the networks, or who prefer more formal communication channels such as email, so if the objective is to make initiatives visible, work must be done on all fronts, depending on the case

When using social networks as communication channels, it is important to be constant, innovative, attend to queries, and follow up, rather than just postings It should be used as an integral communication system

In your role as project manager, what tools do you have at your disposal to carry out the management?

The main tool I have are the work teams We have different areas depending on the specific development to be carried out: graphic design, IT, audiovisual production, communications, among others The availability of these teams, and the coordination and collaboration of peers, make it possible to deliver the contracted service to the client.

During the development of each project, and according to the requirements that arise, we inform and request the different tools that may be necessary to add to the development, such as adding professionals to the team, resources for a specific item, etc

Do you think Agile methodologies are a contribution to project management? Why?

Absolutely I think it is one of the areas in which it is completely necessary to implement agile methodologies, making the work and its development more flexible in order to respond to the requirements of the specific project. While you can develop a Gantt Chart, for example, you must be aware that the schedule may vary due to multiple factors, which in many opportunities are alien to your work, and that requires adapting, flexibilizing and devising opportunities that benefit the project and customer satisfaction.
