17
In order to create a strong concept on which to base our project, we have started to analyse your competitor, especially the strongest one, Nike.
please help us...
POP UP AND STORE
18
Nike do not look after a lot to technology in their store, there you can only use their application Nike assist and Nike+ to improve your shopping experience. They give more importance to the light and design, infact they prefer illuminate their product with a natural light. Instead Nike impress the customers with technology with same visual merchandiser, like the one they have done in London for Selfridges, or in their pop up in order to attract new people to their brand.

THE CYCLE
28
This cycle helps our costumers to will never get rid of their shoes. They can wash it after a run, a masterclass or a night-out to the disco Furthermore when the shoes became old or you are worn out about it you can regenerate same elements like the sole, lace or the covering in order to improve your fitness performance or just to have something new to wear.
You will never get rid of your shoes!
29
HOW IT WORK
30
Adidas will give a sort of insurance on your shoes that allow you to replace same part of it if it is break and with same simple passages you can regenerate your shoes. The first step is put your old shoes in a sort of magic box that recognize the damage, after that an Adidas’clerck suggest you which part is better to change. You could choose between a different type of soles models, color, pattern. Meanwhile you attend the 3D printer, the laser cut or the sewing machine work you could relax yourself to the coffee shop or do sport around the temporary shop.

5 MOODBOARD
35
It’s important to explain the general mood of the project as re-creation in all its fields. Indeed we design a structure that is completely modular so you could change it everytime you want in according to the location and needs of your costumers.
INSPIRATION
36
The main inspirations are the Lego and the Japanese Tatami because they are combinable in a lot of different way, light to move and simple to build. Moreover we are also inspired by the minimalist house Diogene designed from Renzo Piano for Vitra, that is a smallest buiding independent of the existing infrastructure.

6 RE-CREATE CENTER
? s i h t r o f y d a e r Are you We design a temporary structure that is easy to move around the country and the city, in fact our goal are organize a world tour to launch this new concept store. For this reason we design something that is possible to include in a trucks’s conteiner, in this way when it arrives to the final destination the container becomes the place where is placed the main services, like the restrooms, the basin for wash the shoes and the lavatory for the coffee shop and the elements inside of it the temporary store.

SMALL SIZE TEMPORARY
42
The Re-create centre born from the composition of rails panels and juction in different dimension in order to allow the “creator” to design the space he needs and desire. It is completely a self-sufficient system thanks to the solar panels placed on the truck’s top part. Furthermore you could place it everywhere you want such as in a park or in a city square. Inside of it we could find the right product and accessories to take care of your shoes.

GET PEOPLE INVOLVING
44
To let people really become creators, we have organized a series of workshops with artists and new tecnhologies where the partecipants could personalize their used Adidas shoes and trasform them in something new and original. In addition to this we have organized a series of sport classes which could be followed by customers during the product trial, while they are waiting the 3D printer work or laundry, or just to re-create themselves.

7 SHAPE AND FURNITURE
51
For characterize this temporary store we choose to use the Adidas triangle that we can find in the logo. From the combination of two of them we generate a pattern that we use to design the shoes library, the shoes strings panel and the table for the regeneration.
LOGO SHAPE
52
We start to study the shape of your performance logo and its origins for reach to our triangular shape. We use it for create all the furniture and a pattern for the panels, in this way we connect the brand with the temporary store, like you do with the three stripes in your actual flagship store.

According to our concept we create these panels, done with some old shoes strings re-used in a creative way, which are wrap up around an aluminium structure the allow us to follow our pattern. In this way this temporary store would be recognizable and everyone could understand that is something connect with the shoes.
