Advance Your Career by Joining an IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee LOS ALAMITOS, Calif., 22 January 2014 -- Computing professionals joining or renewing their membership in IEEE Computer Society also have the opportunity to join a Technical Committee in their field of interest to network with like-minded individuals and directly influence standards development, conferences, publications, and educational activities. IEEE Computer Society Technical Committees are international networks of professionals with common interests in computer hardware, software, applications, and interdisciplinary fields. They serve as the focal point for IEEE Computer Society activities within a technical discipline, and open opportunities to organize conferences, work with publications, join the leadership team, start new programs, and meet and collaborate with colleagues.
