His presentation, The Macro Process Is the Micro Process, will talk about Grady Booch's two-tier view of software processes. As IT Director and CTO of Emerging Technologies and User Experience at Dell, Jeske leads the Technology Innovation unit within Dell IT's Emerging Technologies and User Experience organization, where he is responsible for introducing new technologies into Dell IT with the goal of improving the user experience for Dell team members. His presentation will focus on how Dell IT's Emerging Technologies group built their new Mobile Center of Excellence using agile methodologies, meeting the challenges of sustaining high-frequency communications and close engagement of business partners in a global development program.
