IELA congratulates its Membership's Talents

In the edition 98 of the IELA WORLD magazine, the association is pleased to share some news about new job positions and new staff members within the IELA Membership.

NEW POSITIONS

Feran ERDEM

Unit Leader, EKOL LOJISTIK AS, Turkey

Ekol Lojistik AS kindly announces that their team member, Feran ERDEM, with 12 years of experience in the sector, has been promoted to the title of Unit Leader in the exhibition and special events section.

Lauri HEIKKINEN

Special Service Forwarder, CHS EXPO FREIGHT OY, Finland

Lauri Heikkinen moved to the CHS exhibition and art logistics team as from April 4 th 2022. He has been working at CHS for 18 months with Freight Forwarding, Ocean, Air, Road, Sales and he has experience in Special logistics such as Exhibitions, Projects and Pharmaceuticals. His previous experience was in grocery distribution and logistics.

Samuli RUISSALO

Special Service Supervisor, CHS EXPO FREIGHT OY, Finland

Samuli Ruissalo has been working with CHS for 4 years with freight forwarding and special logistics within exhibition logistics (freight forwarding, Air, Road, Sales) and has been appointed as Special Service Supervisor to oversee the exhibition and art logistics team since April 4 th 2022. He has experience in Special logistics such as Exhibitions, Sports events, Pharmaceuticals and Projects and 10 years of experience in cargo distribution and traffic management.

NEW STAFF

Mzovuyo ADONSI

Project Co-ordinator, EXHIBITION FREIGHTING LTD, United Kingdom

Exhibition Freighting is delighted to welcome Mzovuyo Adonsi as Project Co-Ordinator. He studied Professional Accounting at Coventry University and began his professional career at a Customs Brokerage. He has experience with import and export customs paperwork and procedures.

Timo ESKELINEN

Production manager, SUOMEN MESSULOGISTIIKKA OY, Finland

With the opening last summer of the new warehouse and transportation business in Tampere, Suomen Messulogistiikka Oy is pleased to introduce their new talents to the team. Timo Eskelinen has been in the sector for over 20 years and is our Production Manager, responsible for the operation of our terminal, storage, distribution of local traffic and transport offers.

Louise JESTIN

project Co-Ordinator, EXHIBITION FREIGHTING LTD, United Kingdom

Exhibition Freighting is delighted to welcome Louise Jestin as Project Co-Ordinator. She studied abroad in Thailand while competing in various sports events before returning to the UK to finish her education. Louise started her career as a freight forwarder while completing a qualification in business administration.

Mohana KANNAN

head of South Branch, BIG LOGISTICS INDIA PVT LTD, India

Mohana Kanna recently joined the BIG Logistics Team to head up the branch in the south in the city of Chennai. Born in 1963, he started his career in the Logistics industry in 1986, bringing his total experience today to a total of 36 years. He has been a part of the Exhibition Logistics Industry since 1999.

Stuart LEYLAND

Project Manager, EXHIBITION FREIGHTING LTD, United Kingdom

Exhibition Freighting is delighted to welcome Stuart Leyland as Project Manager. His background is work experience of over 30 years in the logistics sector specialising in live events and exhibitions. He has previously worked on delivering Elvis Presley’s iconic pink Cadillac to the O2 Arena, the Football World Cup, International athletics, and more.

Nelli MUJUNEN

Special Service Forwarder, CHS EXPO FREIGHT OY, Finland

CHS is proud to present a newcomer to their Special Service team, full of knowhow and service spirit. Nelli Mujunen is experienced in Freight forwarding, Special logistics and Sales, with 12 years working in parcel distribution quality management and joined CHS 6 months ago.

Harri NUMMELA

Production manager, SUOMEN MESSULOGISTIIKKA OY, Finland

Harri Nummela is also a new Suomen staff member and joins the company as Production Manager. He has been in the transportation sector for more than a decade and he is responsible for the Scandinavian traffic control, fleet maintenance and procurement.

Surjeet SINGH

General Manager, Defence & Aerospace, R.E. ROGERS INDIA PVT. LTD., India

R.E. Rogers India announces the re-joining of their former colleague, Surjeet Singh, as General Manager, Defence & Aerospace. In the Industry for over 25 years, Surjeet will foster the company’s post pandemic drive to strengthen its Defence & Aerospace vertical , in addition to remaining market leaders in its core exhibition sector.

Ari WALLENIUS

Traffic Manager, SUOMEN MESSULOGISTIIKKA OY, Finland

Another newcomer to the Suomen team is Ari Wallenius. He is the new Traffic Manager. He is responsible for fleet maintenance and acquisition, reporting, domestic trunk traffic with a few years of experience in the transport sector.
