Program Objectives The program provides the skills and mindset required for success in international business. We draw on our sound understanding of business practices and cultures to give students the fundamental skills necessary to manage corporations in different international contexts.
The MIB is an exceptional opportunity for students from different educational backgrounds and with diverse professional experiences to learn about management and the challenges of international business.
Whether or not you have an academic background in business, the MIB will strengthen your theoretical foundations in management. The program provides new and different perspectives that will enrich your knowledge, and hands-on applications that consolidate learning. All of this will happen in a challenging environment where the diverse backgrounds of participants will provide an opportunity to sharpen your intercultural skills.
Spending an academic year with fellow international students and meeting well-connected instructors from different countries provides the foundation for building a network of international contacts. Program Structure IéSEG offers 2 intakes per year: one in January (Lille campus) and the other one in September (Lille & Paris campuses). Regardless of the starting date, the program consists of 2 consecutive semesters of courses followed by an internship. French language lessons (for all levels) are included in the program for international students.

Alongside the courses, the program includes additional workshops and corporate events to develop your personal and professional skills further. These cover a range of topics such as conflict management in cross-cultural environments and intercultural communication. Our Talent program helps you to establish your professional career plan by working on your skills, personal strengths, and using networking tools to be prepared to meet recruiters’ expectations internationally.
Career Outlook The broad skill set developed during this program offers numerous opportunities for employment in a multidisciplinary and international environment. The program provides an excellent understanding of different corporate and departmental cultures on one hand, and different national cultures on the other hand. This advantage will allow you to position yourself as a hub for different stakeholders - a naturally leading role that corresponds to positions such as product manager, project manager, business consultant, and many others. More than 80% of our graduates work in an international company principally in general management functions, or functions related to marketing, international commerce, logistics and IT. They are employed in a large variety of sectors including consulting, NGOs, and financial institutions, as well as in fashion & luxury, etc.
