CONCEPTUAL GROUNDING  The 4i concept stems from FCJEUFRO’s approach to community engagement and its mission which uses internationalization and entrepreneurship as means of teaching, researching and contributing to regional development.  The project applies project-based learning methodology to improve students’ intercultural modes of learning through problem solving and overcoming challenges in professional sphere and communication in English. The projects that Mapuche students are required to develop together with Maori students are required to be based on holistic approach to doing business with a firm grasp of indigenous values. 8
