My mentoring experience at IFIM Business School has been fabulous. Corporate mentors bring in loads of experience while the mentees bring in immense amount of energy and desire to learn, enabling students to map their desired career path. The corporate mentor gets to personally interact with every student and understand their passion, aspirations and dream job, and go on a journey of exploration to help them achieve their goals. It is a truly fulfilling experience.
Edwin Moses Group VP Oracle Financial Services
I see in this programme yet another proof of IFIM’s commitment to enable its students to constantly find ways and means to weave the classroom with the real world. I have found this platform to be one which enables the student to grow in understanding and gaining confidence in preparing themselves to be the leaders of tomorrow.
The mentorship program provides an immense opportunity to the student to leverage the expertise of the industry experts thereby equipping them with the skills and knowledge before they are out in the industry. This is a wonderful and enriching program to work and I am amazed that the institute puts so much thought process in developing and nurturing their students. As a mentor it helped me learn how to interact with students who may have trouble learning, or have different ways of learning subjects that differ from my own. I loved that every interaction with my mentee and with the mentoring staff who are always positive and supportive. Being able to tutor and mentor my students in helping them achieve what they aspire is a wonderful feeling. Dibyendu Sharma Mondal Senior Consultant - Unisys
IFIM's Corporate mentorship is one of its kind. It is a wonderful platform where students can leverage immense experience of corporate leaders who guide them in identifying strengths and traits which help in realizing their career aspirations/goals. Being a mentor, it was a rewarding experience for me to see talent transformation in action and also learn from them. Kudos to IFIM for organizing this and helping the future leaders realize their dreams. Naresh Sadasivan Founder & CEO - Zeyga Pte Ltd.
