Visa Information

After the registration, accepted participants will receive an invitation letter to facilitate the visa application process. The Visa Coordinator is responsible for providing all the registered delegates with all the information and assistance they will need in order to apply and have the visa issued.

Please ALWAYS check with the Egyptian Embassyin your home country to ensure that your visa status is as mentioned in the sheet above.

Visa Requirements:

Passport valid for at least 6 months

Colored passport sized photos

Application form obtained from the consulate

Fee payment

Invitation letter

Further documents maybe requested according to country

Transportation

Airports:

Cairo International Airport (CAI)

Sharm El Sheikh International Airport (SSH)

Transportation from and to the airport will be available upon request.
