What is a Micro XP? In order for trainees to have a higher-quality experience, Micro XP emerges as a new opportunity for them. Trainees will be able to boost their positive impact, development of soft-skills and cultural shock. Of all the opportunities available, a summarized Job Description is given in order for the trainee to have its options open. The Micro XP opportunities are adapted to the LC’s (Local Committee) needs during the time period.
April LĂder Global Sales Team Main Functions: -Selling LĂder Global to the students in our local market (support for informative talks, creation of promotional material, member review boards, etc.). -Participation in Global Villages (showcasing fair in universities and other public spaces) and other Marketing activities in order to boost our sales.
Critical Success Factors: -LĂder Global (joining our Local Committee + taking an exchange programme) pins sales volume -Ciudadano Global (taking an exchange programmee) pins sales volume -Number of new interested students in our database
iGCDP Sales Team Member Main Functions: -Selling Ciudadano Global (international volunteers/ corporate social responsibility project) to foundations, enterprises and organizations in our local market. -Participation in stands and other Public Relations activities in order to boost our sales.
Critical Success Factors: -Volume of iGCDP Raises (stakeholders “purchasing� Training Notes)
iGIP Sales Team Member Main Functions: -Selling Profesional Global (international interns) to enterprises in our local market. -Participation in stands and other Public Relations activities in order to boost our sales. Critical Success Factors: -Volume of iGIP Raises (stakeholders “purchasing� Training Notes)
ICX match team member Main Functions: -Support the matching process Critical Success Factors: -iGDP Match conversion rate -iGIP Match conversion rate
RDC Logistics Assistance Teamster Main Functions: -Provide logistic support during the regional conference (support processes such attending the shop, organizing the parties and solving technical issues among others). -NOTE: The trainee would go to the event as an international delegate from the Andes delegation, and being there he/she has the chance to support the event logistically.
