(1pc) ANTI-TILT BRACKET
2. Assembly Instructions Step 1: install the support brackets onto the hitch on the outside of welded brackets using the (8pcs) M8X20 bolts and M8 nuts, (leave bolts hand tight)
Step 2: Place motorcycle rack in between support brackets and install (4pcs) M8X40 bolts, (4pcs) washers, and M8 nuts. Securely tighten all support brackets bolts.
Step 3: Locate the anti-tilt bracket, place it over the hitch bar. The flat side of the anti-tilt bracket will face away from the vehicle. Install the motorcycle rack onto the hitch; tighten with the anti-tilt bolts (4pcs). These bolts should be firmly tightened to prevent undesired movement.
Step 4: Install the Ramp on either side of motorcycle rack by inserting the (2pcs) long bolts M6Ă—50 through the rack and ramp, then screw the (2pcs) nuts M6 on the end of the long bolts, then screw the (2 pcs) fly nuts on the long bolts until tighten to secure the ramp on the rack. Attach the long bolt (1pc) M10X200 in proper hole on rack.
WARNING: SECURE MOTORCYCLE TO RACK USING 2 RATCHET STRAPS ATTACHED TO HANDLEBARS AND 2 STRAPS ATTACHED TO REAR FRAME OF BIKE.
