Real coff ee doesn’t get much simpler. Warm your cafetiere with hot water and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before discarding. Then add your coff ee and fi ll about halfway with the freshly boiled water. Stir and leave for 30 secs before fi lling fully. Place the lid at the top, leave for about 3 mins, then ‘plunge’ and serve.
