Belgian brand GreenPan is known as a leader in healthier cookware, and its Eco-Smartshape range is no exception. Constructed from an advanced thermolon coating, the pans are scratch resistant and easy to clean. They are also completely free from the manmade chemicals poly and perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
GreenPan was the brainchild of friends Jan Helskens and Wim De Veirman, who have turned their passion into a successful international business with more than 150 patents for technological achievements. The company has long championed natural alternatives to PFAS. In 2007 they developed the first pans with a ceramic non-stick coating, made from materials such as diamond and a sand derivative. Their Eco-Smartshape products also feature a separate handle you attach yourself, which means they take up less packaging and less storage space in your kitchen.
