John Reynold's remarkable story
Angel on my Shoulder – John Reynold’s remarkable story
Known locally as the founder of Westfield TT and the inspirational marathon man, John Reynolds is now telling his story with his new book which is out now.
In Angel on my Shoulder, John tells the story of how he was diagnosed with a severe thyroid condition in 2004 which left him suffering from seizures and unable to walk. Determined not to let it beat him, he set himself the challenge of walking to the end of his garden, each day wanting to walk further each day than the previous one. From this, he began to regain his strength, eventually challenging himself to ultramarathons and setting the Guinness World Record by completing 426 miles in 6 days.
Angel on my Shoulder is out now and each copy sold will donate funds to Children’s Hospice South West, another cause dear to John’s heart.
Books can either be bought directly from John (the best way to get a signed copy!) by calling 07802500187 or via email on john.reynolds64.j574@gmail.com or are available from all good retailers, including Amazon and Waterstones.
