EFFICIENT MODE OF TRANSPORT

Shorter journeys are more efficient on an electric bike than a car as the electric bike requires less power to travel the same distance (the electric bicycle has a more efficient power transfer). They can also access areas and require less space to maneuver making them a good way to relieve congestion around city hubs.

‘Whisper quiet’ slim motor with up to 48 Nm torque delivering effortless climbing, consistent pedal assist and smooth speed control through 9 Levels of power assisted pedaling and a power on demand throttle override (throttle is disabled in level 0 for safety).

482 Wh Lithium Ion battery for all day riding. Battery can be charge on or off the bike for convenience.

The iGO Metro CX is a Class 2 electric bike. All specifications maximize power output while still conforming to Transport Canada regulations for legal use on public roads.

POWER

The suspension fork is perfectly suited to handle uneven riding surfaces and reduce arm fatigue over extended long distance outings. It is equipped with a lock out system that will enhance energy efficiency when riding on smooth surfaces.

COMFORT

Ergonomic textured grips absorb vibration and provide comfort, support and slip free assurance. The elegant yet sporty semi-cruiser handlebar and adjustable stem deliver adaptability to the reach and handlebar pitch and height to suit any preferred riding posture. From an upright and relaxed measure position to a more aggressive, sporty and powerful pose, when used in collaboration with the quick release seat post it easy to establish, modify and fine-tune a position that feels relaxed and comfortable to your specific body type for extended riding duration.

Rear light acts as a brake light to make sure other road users are aware of your actions.

The brake levers are fitted with motor cut off to ensure stopping can be performed safely at all times. Integrated bell on the right brake lever to announce your presence to other road/path users.

Tektro disc brakes with large (180mm) rotor provide decisive stopping power in all weather conditions.
