NEWS FEED NEW LEBANESE CHEF AT AL HALABY RESTAURANT IN CROWNE PLAZA® AMMAN Crowne Plaza® Amman Hotel announced the appointment of Chef Mohammad El Sa’id as the Lebanese chef in Crowne Plaza® Amman. Chef Mohammad will be in charge of creating traditional Lebanese/Syrian new recipes, signature dishes and menus for Al Halaby Restaurant as well as supervise special events preparations, among many other responsibilities and tasks. Chef El Sa’id has over 23 years of culinary experience in various Burj Al Hamam Restaurants in Lebanon and in luxurious resorts in Jordan including the InterContinental Aqaba Resort. Chef Mohammad is excited about his post at Crowne Plaza Amman and is looking forward to working hand in hand with the whole team to provide the guests with a distinct and a unique experience in Al Halaby Restaurant in specific and in the hotel in general.
