Top wood panels
Bottom wood panels Wooden panels are 4mm thick and 40mm long and steam bending technique is used to make them twitsted
The wooden panels at the top were designed to be meshed with the wooden panels below.
Gaps have been opened for passage in the lower and upper panels.
A-A Section
The pavilion’s simple shape is achieved by using thinly sliced wooden panels.
As visitors pass the pavilion appears to shift from an opaque structure to a transparent one, depending on the angle of viewing.
