(A New theory on “Stony Heart”) M.Arulmani, B.E.(Engineer), V.R.Hema Latha, M.A., M.Sc., M.Phil.(Biologist) Abstract:- This scientific research article focus that the “Human Ancestor” lived in “WHITE MARS” (also called as white planet) consider contain only “single chamber heart” and the judgment delivered shall be considered as “Perfect judgment” without any prejudice. In the early universe they shall be considered lived under “J-RADIATION” (Zero hour radiation) which shall also be called as perfect radiation (or) virgin radiation. During the expanding universe at one stage the white planet ancestral populations consider transformed to “EARTH PLANET” and undergone “Heart evolution” say two chamber Heart, three chamber heart, four chamber heart in three nuclear ages. It is speculated that the consistent increased in Heart chamber consider influence on higher level prejudice in delivering judgment due to growth of higher level intelligence, which made the society to suffer beyond the jurisdiction of bearing capacity. Further this research focus that the mars ancestors who deliver judgment shall be called as „JUDGE‟ rather than „JUSTICE‟ who belong to Earth planet. In proto Indo-Europe language root the Philosophy of jurisprudence shall be called as NEETHEE. (i)

INTRODUCTION
It is focused that the present global level judiciary system consider having so many stages of judiciary mechanism such as District Court, Special Court, High Court, Supreme Court, International Court etc. for dealing with various branches such as constitutional law, border law, environmental law, space law, commercial law etc. It is the clarification of author that “JUDGE” is like “GOD”; judgment delivered is like “Human soul”. If so, Is there is a need of multi level judicial mechanisms in various stages of court?… Do Judge really require for delivering judgment?... Why not common person having kind heart and render justice?... i) As a President can‟t render justice without court?... ii) As a Prime Minister can‟t render justice without court?... iii) As a Law Minister can‟t render justice without court?... iv) As a Manager can‟t render justice without court?... v) As an Engineer can‟t render justice without court?... vi) As a Doctor can‟t render justice without court?... It is focused that every human ancestor lived in white mars shall be considered as expert in delivering the “NATURAL JUSTICE”. Hence there was no need of judicial mechanism in the white planet because of “Single chamber heart” and considered as “GOD” or “LORD”.

HYPOTHESIS AND NARRATION
“Law” differs from “Rule”?... It is focused that in the current legal theory experts and philosophers could not conclude what law really means?... What rule really means?... It is hypothesized that Law, Rule shall be considered as having distinguished meaning as described below. “LAW” shall mean “REAL”, “RULE” shall mean “IMAGE”. Law is like GOD, Rule is like LORD. a)

It is further focused that Billons of regulations, sub rules evolved in different area shall be considered as accommodated within three-in-one fundamental domain of “law of universe”.

Philosophy of prejudiced justice?... The Philosophy of “PERFECT JUDGE” shall be defined within the following scope. Perfect judge shall mean exists under highly endothermic environment Perfect judge shall mean exists under highest level of subconscious state Perfect judge shall mean in the state of first heart beat begins
It is further hypothesized that the state of heart evolution and judgment purity shall be considered correlated as described below. i) Embryo state – Single chamber heart (super solid stony heart) ii) Zygote state – Single Chamber transformation state (flexible heart) iii) First trimester state – Two chamber heart (low flexibility) iv) Second trimester state - Three chamber heart (moderate flexibility) v) Third trimester state – Four Chamber heart (Higher flexibility) “The Philosophy of humanism shall be considered as state of transformation of SUPER SOLID STONY HEART into flexible heart. The degree of transformation and humanism shall be considered as closely associated with acquired in additional chambers in the heart in different nuclear ages due to varied environmental condition” - Author c)
Philosophy of Mars Judge?... It is hypothesized that the „Mars Judge‟ shall be considered as having “God” or Supreme judge having „STONY HEART‟ highly influenced with “J-RADIATION” (virgin light). In proto Indo Europe root the stony heart shall be called as “COURT” pronounced as „GOD‟. The stony heart shall be consider deriving energy from “Dark Spirit” (ACTS). It is further focused that the Philosophy of heart considered derived from single chamber stony heart court (also called in proto Indo-Europe root as (NENJAM). (i)

It is hypothesized that human with four chamber heart shall be considered having influenced by gravity and prejudiced and could not deliver perfect judgment. In other words it shall be stipulated that the degree of judicial decision conveyed by human based on situation and available information shall be coined by word as AWARD, REWARD, AVENGE rather than JUSTICE or JUDGEMENT. e) Philosophy of source of LAW?... It is focused that there is no clear conclusion of the experts that WHAT IS THE SOURCE OF LAW?... and HOW ACT DIFFERS FROM LAW?... It is hypothesized that law cannot exist without act. Law shall be considered soul (nature) and acts shall be considered as spirit (supernature).

(A New theory on “Stony Heart”) It is hypothesized that during the course of expanding Universe various system of Galaxies of law such as White galaxy, Dark galaxy, Blue galaxy, Green galaxy, Red galaxy and billions of sub rules shall be considered as existing within the respective galaxy of law as described below.

CONCLUSION
It is focused that „JUDGE‟ shall be considered as “GOD” could deliver 100% pure judgment which is free from “Prejudice”. Hence judge shall be considered as special person (perfect human) compared to Normal human. It is further focused that the “3rd generation judge” could not deliver 100% pure judgment because of (four chambered heart). It is further focused every individual shall deliver “Natural justice” to the extent possible by proper revised governmental new policy as recommended without aid of judges. 1) 2) 3) 4)
All judges‟ posts shall be abolished. Every village panchayat shall have their own judiciary mechanism among the people of panchayat which administratively kept under direct control of Chief Minister of the respective state. Every central government organization shall have their own local judiciary mechanism within the organization kept under direct control of Prime Minister. The presently available Courts and Judicial Mechanisms shall be considered as judicial administrative body kept directly under the control of Prime Minister / Chief Minister for final AWARD, REWARD, AVENGE to the respective disputed case.

Further so many Supreme Court judgments could not be implemented and lying idle. One specific incident in the AUTHOR’S own case in the seniority dispute the Honorable Supreme Court judgment in civil appeal number 6084 of 2012 could not be implemented till date even after lapse of two years of judgment.
