Frederick Walter Stephen West (29 September 1941[1] – 1 January 1995), was an English serial killer. Between 1967 and 1987, he alone, and later, he and his wife Rosemary, tortured, raped and murdered at least 11 young women and girls, many at the couple’s homes 25 Midland Road and later 25 Cromwell Street respectively. Rosemary West also murdered Fred’s stepdaughter (his first wife’s biological daughter) Charmaine, while he was serving a prison sentence for theft. With their gang "The Firm" the Krays were involved in armed robberies, arson, protection rackets, assaults, and the murders of Jack "The Hat" McVitie and George Cornell.

Raoul Moat was a 37 year old man from newcastle who was on the run for shooting three victims in two days. Moat who was in prision realeased two days after he shot the three victims with a sawn of shotgun. The manhunt lasted almost seven days, and was the largest in modern British history, involving 160 armed officers and armed response vehicles. Eventually Raoul shot him self in his head after the police run
William Palmer also known as the Rugeley Poisoner or the Prince of Poisoners, was an English doctor found guilty of murder. Palmer made large sums of money from the deaths of his wife and brother after collecting on life insurance, and by defrauding his wealthy mother out of thousands of pounds, all of which he lost through gambling on horses.
