They are not PVD or coloured sinks, they are true copper and brass sinks to their cores. The advantages of copper & brass is the antibacterial nature, low stain quality and ease of maintainance. Copper sinks will form a patina finish over time, which will change the look of the sink. These sinks have a laquered finish which gives them their shine.
