• Full payment will be due by 27th November 2010, or will be due at the time of booking for reservations made after this date.
• Booking confirmation and receipts of monies paid will be forwarded to you within seven days of being received.
• One cheque per party payable to: Vale Hotel Ltd.
• Final confirmation of numbers, menu choices and final payment must be received at least one month prior to your booking. • We will endeavour to book table reservations as close to your nominated time as possible. • The management reserves the right to make alterations without prior notice. • Deposits, part-payments and full payments are nonrefundable. • All accommodation bookings must be confirmed in writing, a £50 per room non-refundable deposit is required. • Any unconfirmed bookings will be released. Accommodation charges must be settled prior to departure.
