RAT PACK PARTY NIGHT This extra special party night has something for everyone. Start the party with cocktails and canapés followed by a delicious three course meal plus a half bottle of wine per person to help the party mood. The fantastic era of Rat Pack and swing music is delivered by the Rat Pack boys in a style of their own. Tommy Warren and Jonny Gray will make you smile, laugh, sing and dance along to the finest swing songs ever written. NEW YEAR’S EVE GALA DINNER AND SHOW It’s the evening for dinner jackets and posh frocks at the society event of the year! • Full payment will be due by 27th November 2010, or will be due at the time of booking for reservations made after this date.

• Booking confirmation and receipts of monies paid will be forwarded to you within seven days of being received.

• Final confirmation of numbers, menu choices and final payment must be received at least one month prior to your booking. • We will endeavour to book table reservations as close to your nominated time as possible. • The management reserves the right to make alterations without prior notice. • Deposits, part-payments and full payments are nonrefundable. • All accommodation bookings must be confirmed in writing, a £50 per room non-refundable deposit is required. • Any unconfirmed bookings will be released. Accommodation charges must be settled prior to departure.
