RETAIL STORE SAINT LAURENT

The concept starts it’s journey from the esthetical grounds settled through the years with the Saint Laurent brand: Class, cursivity, sophistication, comfort, clean lines and advantage grid.
CONCEPT
SECTIONS
Due to flagship store policy, the solutions had to be intunned with the estetical values inforced by Hedi Slimane in his design , following the pure tradition of French Arts Decoratifs, homage to Yves Saint Laurent’s attraction to French modernism- “ Based on a minimalist translation of the techniques and materials of the French Modernist Movement”. It all started with the idea of defragmentation, to achieve a tandem of sensory alterations, matte and shine throuagh a resplendent fusion of materials, interplaying Nero Marquina and Bianco statuario Carrara marble with polished brass, mirror, nickel plated bars and leather, all coming for minimalistic yet luxurious look. Vertical coloumns covered in mirrors are used for concealing and cursivity and reflective surfaces are also used on walls and shelves for displaying garments and accessories. Glass vitrines embedded into the walls are framed with nickel. The reflection of all modules, parallel fins and marbel grains, all assisted with light, will create an amazingly dynamic grid, echoe to a glamorous epoque but also to an ageless sense of daintiness.

MEDITATION CENTRE MERKABAH

CONCEPT The MerKaBa (‘Mer“ Light, “Ka” Spirit, and “Ba” body, or reality. ) is a vehicle of Ascension, used to assist in the attainment of higher levels of conscious awareness,- and to travel or transition between dimensions and realities. It was believed in ancient times, that the merkavah could be turned on by certain principles in meditation. This involves breathing changes, and mind, heart, and body changes that alter the way a person perceives the reality. A fully activated MerKaBa field enables you to turn your body into a ball of light and bring it with you as you travel from one dimensional world to another. These two tetrahedrons -the star tetrahedron (also known as the merkaba vehicle of light) - represent the innermost law of the physical world: the inseparable relationship between the two complementary halves - the positive and negative, the manifest and the unmanifest - which form a perfect equilibrium. In creation they rule as two opposite laws: the law of spirit and the law of matter. Once activated this shape creates an energy field that spreads out in a saucer shape about 55 feet wide. This energy field is capable of carrying one’s consciousness directly to higher dimensions. The key to under-standing how to use the MerKaBa begins with a basic understanding of sacred geometry, which in turn, willenable you to locate an electromagnetic field shaped in the form of a StarTetrahedron. That field is around ourbodies. A StarTetrahedron is made up of two interlocking tetrahedrons in a manner that resembles the Star ofDavid but three-dimensionally. The two interlocking tetrahedrons represent male and female energy in perfect balance. The tetrahedron facing up is male, and the one facing down is female. Many researchers believes that the pyramid serves as a kind of a cosmic antenna, and that the five angles of thepyramid project a beam of radiation towards the centre - the “fire in the middle, life-giving force or “biocosmic energy“tuning into sources of energy of vaster intensity and then focusing it into its centre. In a pyramids there is so little entropy that the bacteria barely survive and don’t multiply prolifically. Healing has occurred rapidly in cases of sprains, cuts, bruises, toothache, backache, strains, congestion, and infections. People meditating in a pyramid regularly have received strong spiritual and psychic impressions, as well as enhanced dreams and visions, vivid visual imagery, and increased memory recall, feeling revitalized, with sense-perceptions sharpened. As well, some experience an internal tingling, and sometimes a ‘distant ringing“ sound, as the pyramid shape focuses and resonates beneficial sound vibrations. Facing in the four directions to enhance specific areas of life: For example, one can sit in the pyramid facing east to focus on love, harmony, and peace; west for health,- north for material abundance, and south for protection and safety - the principle being that the pyramid energy will help to materialise these desires.

OFFICE DESIGN VOLKSWAGEN

CONCEPT Volkswagen produced the first model putting together a car with an air-cooled rear engine, torsion bar suspension, and a “BEETLE” shape, the front hood rounded for better aerodynamics. Erwin Komenda, the chief designer, developed the car body of the prototype, which was recognizably the Beetle known today. The design concept is based on words which can be used to describe “the Beetle” at its best. For example - Fun, fascinating, unique, friendly, attractive, rounded line, curved, etc. The idea was to come up with an office which could be described in the same manner and to be maintained barrier free. The office designed for 20 people, was divided in spaces such as the - The reception ( with waiting area), Public restroom, The conference room, CEO office, The design room, Secretary room, Pruduction Room, Quality Room, Gaming zone, The pantry and lastly the breakout space. Lot of recycled materials have been used for the design, example recycled rubber, recycled glass.
