Daily from February 6 - March 28, 2021 It’s Mardi Gras served up a whole new way. This year’s event is a global food fest with cuisine inspired by Carnaval celebrations from around the world. Enjoy street entertainment, roving musicians, floats on display and more.

Universal’s Islands of Adventure

It’s time to alternate your reality and turn things upside down (literally). Come face to face with dinosaurs in Jurassic Park. Swing above the streets with Spider-Man. You can also explore The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Hogsmeade™ where you can fly beyond the grounds of Hogwarts™ castle and join Hagrid™ on a thrilling adventure deep into the wilds of the Forbidden Forest. Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park

Whether you’re the floaty relaxation type or fall-so-fast-you-got-water-up-your-nose type, it’s all here. There’s even a volcano in the middle of the park (hence, the name) with tons of water slides and stunning waterfalls. And if you’re in the mood for chill things, there’s a winding river, a wave pool and even a picturesque beach so you can feel the sand between your toes. Remember, it’s a South Seas oasis (and nothing says oasis like a volcano).

If you want to grab a bite, go shopping or catch some entertainment, head to CityWalk, right outside the theme parks.

At Bigfire, you can enjoy American fare like steaks and freshwater cuisine flavored with smoky goodness from open fire cooking over different kinds of wood.
