ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN High income group Housing

Brief : The motive the the project was to develop a communal interactive space within a Urban context where it is been lost.

Approach : Human and there shelter are the integral part of each other. Livings live together with its surrounded physical component like air, water & soil on linear form on surface.

With rapid growth in population in a city like Noida the peoples live in staked multi-storey shelves. My design approches towards a way in which how we can re-create the ecosystem, vertically bringing Nature together with design morphology and provide its user Luxury in true sense.

Type A Type B Classifing building on its space size (eg. 3bhk,4bhk,duplex) seperately, I tend to design a structure which will be mixture of 3BHK, 4BHK & 3BHK Duplex. Differenent space size will allow the building morphology to create space in terrace to allow planters to be implemented.

For implementation of trees on each floor terraces of the structure, every floor is pushed 3.6m in a spiral manner creating a terrace on each floor with clear height fro 7m to 10.5, also 12m in some areas. Each floor has a single tenent to provide all round view. Four consecutive floors paln are chnging then being repeated after that. The base floor plate is 5Bhk then 5bhk/4bhk duplex lower floor then duplex’s upper floor, at 4th 5Bhk.v

Meditation center Brief : The brief was to design a Meditation centre as merged part with its surrounding nature and toppography and should not build as object. It should affect users mind with various emotions with a experimental approach taking spatial consideration.

Approach : The site which was given was a contour site having slope fro 6 degree to 10 degree. The build form should be a good neighbour to its surroundings toppography and how it can merge with the nature in a way that it becomes its extended part. The most linient part of th contour area is used for most area of built form. The concept was to minimize the cut and fill requirement and to provide a spatial flow. All the existing landscapes are included in the design and orientaion provide efficient natural energy gain like solar and wind. The amount of cut soil is merely equal to the fill mass.

Location Site Area Mx. floor height Ground coverage (50%)
