Casa de Arcos
Casa de Arcos (house of arches) was the dream of Dennis and Ruth Chantland from northern California. With the help of architect Juan Carlos Ochoa, and general contractor Cal Tech Development, their desert home was built in 2006. The Chatlands good friends Rich and Karyl Hayes from Massachusetts were their first guests. Karyl is an artist and left the above sketch when signing the guest book. "The Sounds of water Arches to the mountains The open sky Flowers pointing to the sky Orange roof tiles- blue sky Spanish tiles Patterns, warm colors, hidden outlets Arches to the courtyard Arches to the home Arches beckoning Hospitality A warm welcome!" -Karyl Hayes
