PRIMARY LOGO APPLICATION PRIMARY LOGO - BLACK

This is the preferred logo to be used for Images Med Spa. Depending on the background that is present, the black is the most legible.

PRIMARY LOGO - INVERSE

If the Images Med Spa logo is going to be placed on a dark background where the black or additional colors cannot be seen, the white logo should be used.

CLEAR SPACE AND MINIMUM SIZE CLEAR SPACE - PRIMARY LOGO

This logo must have a clear space surrounding the logo. The “x” should be sized at .125 in.

For web applicaition, a minimun of 108 px is preferred and a minumum use of .375 in height for print.

SECONDARY LOGO APPLICATION LOGO WITHOUT CREDENTIALS

For design and layout, the logo without the “BY GLAZER DERMATOLOGY” credentials may be used. However, the logo with the credentials included must be used for external materials.

The additional colored logos should be used at your best judgement, depending on the color background, pattern, photography, etc.

03. COLOR PALETTE Below is the Images Med Spa color palette. This is used throughout the design layouts and patterns. These are the only colors that should be used for web and social media as well to stay on brand. Additionally, these colors should be used for any external marketing materials.

03. PATTERNS We use watercolor patterns as a design element. The watercolor represents the products that we use to create smooth, perfect skin. It represents beauty and our brand. The splashes should be used to emphasize design layouts. When people see these patterns, they should assosiate it with Images Med Spa.

Open Sans bold is the primary display and headline typeface. It should be used for a bold look in combination with the organic typeface, future shock.

05. PHOTOGRAPHY At Images Med Spa, we strive to use original photography within every design. We have had photoshoots in the past with professional photographers and will have about 2-3 photoshoots each year. We want to show off our beautiful staff, products, events, treatments, and surroundings as much as possible. Below are a few examples of the Images Med Spa photography.

07. SOCIAL MEDIA All of the social media posts that are associated with Images Med Spa should reflect our brand and vibe. We have worked so hard to create such a strong tribe - Everyone should work together whether it is in the spa or on their own platform to represent the Images Med Spa brand.

SOCIAL MEDIA TIPS + TRICKS

Create a content calendar and keep up with it daily Mix up your photos - Utilize your the spa, yourself, your peers, products, and most importantly, your work. Try to stay away from snapchat filters - We work in the beauty industry so we want to show off our work. The filters make the photos less believeable. People want to see results. Utilize the Images branding. We are a tribe and work at an entity with such beautiful branding. If you use it for your personal brand, followers will make the connection. Think of why people are looking at your page (to see your work/style, education, treatment videos, etc.) Use hashtags that people will be searching - What would you search if you weren’t in the industry? (i.e. #chicagobotox, #bestchicagomedspa) Don’t post just to post, post content that people want to see and content that drives the business. SOCIAL MEDIA

07. SOCIAL MEDIA (CONT...) CONTENT CALENDAR

For the Images Med Spa instagram we use a simple Excel sheet for the content calendar. This is used to keep posts on track, stay organized, and make it easier and less stressful in the long run.

WHAT TO INCLUDE...

DATE - Include the date of the post to stay on track with your posts POST TIME - Different times on different days receive greater traction (see diagram on next page).

TOPIC - What you are posting (i.e. Treatment photo, Product Shot) IMAGE - Link your image here for easy access. CAPTION - Come up with a caption that is quality for your viewers; Although, sometimes the picture says it all! Don’t stress about it.

HASHTAGS - Use hashtags that relate to your post/the industry STORY - Stories have high engagement and can be quite personable - use these to educate and share information about yourself (personally and professionally)
