Volunteering: Built Heritage Preservation Workcamp in Pingyao, China
I was honoured to be selected as a volunteer in Pingyao. During the camp, we had the opportunity to meet the local craftsmen and masters working for the cultural heritage and spent precious time in Pingyao, the first city in China to selected to be a UNESCO World Heritage Site. And I deeply realized the charm of ancient buildings and the importance of protecting traditional buildings. (Photo by me)
